Meeting Rooms

The Harbor Inn & Suites Conference and Event Center offers a variety of rooms that can accommodate from 2 to 150 guests for gatherings such as seminars, retreats, corporate training, wedding receptions, banquets and reunions.

The Gallery Conference Center – Adjacent to the hotel.  Includes kitchen and buffet service areas and can accommodate up to 150 theater, 150 reception, 50 classroom and 100 banquet style.

The Olympic Room – Located just off the hotel lobby.  Includes wet bar area and can accommodate up to 50 theater, 50 reception, 30 classroom, 30 hollow square, 30 u-shape and 30 banquet style.

The Mount Baker Dining Room – Located off the lobby.  Available for luncheon and evening functions.  Includes fixed seating, large buffet area and prep kitchen, patio access and TV/VCR.  Can accommodate 50 reception, 30 banquet style. 

The Cascade Room – Adjacent to the hotel. Can accommodate up to 50 theater, 50 reception, 35 classroom and 40 banquet style.

The Boardroom – Adjacent to the hotel.  Fixed boardroom table to seat up to 15.  Includes TV/VCR and whiteboard.

The Edmonds Room – Located on the third floor of the hotel, the space can accommodate an intimate deposition for 2 to 20 theater, 20 reception, 9 classroom or up to 16 boardroom style.

Audio/Visual – Is available at a fee.
